Regional Art and History Museum

Областной Историко-Художественный Мусей (Stadthalle)

This museum was established in 1946 and since 1991 it has been located in the former Hall of the City, Stadthalle, which was built in 1912. At the Stadthalle venue two halls hosted 1,600 and 400 spectators.

The museum conveys art, history and nature of the Kaliningrad region. Among the many interesting themes on display there is a comprehensive and well presented exhibition about the Russian storm on Königsberg in 1945.
