The Amber Museum is located in the Rossgärter Gate and is a must visit place during a visit to Kaliningrad. Almost all amber in the world originates in the coastal areas of the Kaliningrad Region and is the number one raw material of the place.

Jewellery, large pieces of raw amber and copies of the world famous St Petersburg amber room of Catherine the Great are among the many interesting showcases at the museum.
